OUR POLICIES
OUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY:
We want you to be happy with our products and service so you'll come back again and again. We'll do our best to earn and keep your trust and confidence. If we ever disappoint you in any way, talk to us and we’ll listen. We go the extra mile to please our customers.
FOR FREE U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AK, HI & PR Included):
Just purchase 2 or more items totaling at least U.S. $100 and domestic shipping is free of charge.
PAYMENT:
PayPal preferred. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express. Orders originating outside USA must be paid by PayPal.
ORDER PROCESSING SPEED:
We are FAST, no two ways about it. Orders paid for by 3 P.M. USA Eastern Time go out the same day.
Please email customer service for return instructions before sending anything back to us. We will honor requests for refunds or returns up to 30 days from date on which you paid for item, subject to conditions stated in next paragraph. Refunds are issued using your original payment method. Unless we sent you the wrong item, we refund purchase price only. All unresolved disputes are subject to confidential binding arbitration as described in detail in this website's terms and conditions of use.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:
Everything we send out is in good condition and packed as securely as it can be. Our chrome products are professionally packaged with extreme care and with substantial cushioning. You must get items back to us in the same condition and in the same secure packaging. Items must not have signs of use or come back to us damaged in any way. Please do not send chrome products with scratches, wear marks or installation marks back to us. We cannot and will not issue refunds or exchanges for used, altered or damaged items.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
Buyer pays to return items to us in all cases. We refund these charges if we shipped you the wrong item. If you ordered one thing but really meant to order something else, or if you changed your mind, or found out later that you ordered the wrong item, we cannot be held responsible and will not refund the return shipping charges in such cases. Please do not send us anything C.O.D. or collect. We must refuse all such shipments.
EXCHANGES:
Will we exchange?
Yes, if we sent you something other than what you paid for. (See "Wrong Item Sent.") In all other cases, request a refund for the item you don't want and then purchase the one you do want. These will be separate transactions.
WRONG ITEM SENT:
If we send you the wrong item, return it and we will refund your return shipping. Then we will either issue a refund of purchase price + original shipping, or we will send the correct item for no additional shipping charge. You may choose which of these two options you prefer.
INSURANCE:
Optional on domestic shipments, but we highly recommend you purchase it for higher-value items, such as our chrome pieces. Our international shipments travel via US Postal Service Express Mail International, which includes tracking and U.S. $100 insurance.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Everything we send out is in good condition and packed as securely as it can be. If a product is damaged when you receive it, the damage occurred after it left our facility. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know about it immediately, and then notify the carrier.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT BOOT:
Not transferable. Customer returning product must be the original purchaser. Customer must pay shipping to return product to us, and the shipping cost for the new boot. There is a small handling fee of U.S. $1.00. Returned boot must be ours, bear our marks, and must not be from another manufacturer, wholesaler, or retailer.

Our products are designed for the intended purpose and are meant for decorative use only unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product's description. Do not install or use any product you purchase from us if it would impair the safe operation of your vehicle in any way.
